Important Events

KVK-Chomu has been awarded this year with “DALMIYA WATER ENVIRONMENT AWARD-2012” by Ramkrishna Jagmohan Dalmiya Institute, Jhunjhunu. This award has been given for the works done on Water Saving Techniques and to encourage and motivate the farmers for adopting Drip irrigation techniques in their fields under Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme.

KVK-Chomu was the only one KVK from Rajasthan State, which was invited for presentation on the title “Integrated Water Management” at National Workshop of KVKs organized at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiyana and KVK has also displayed its activities & achievements in the exhibition.
